The Pylontech Fidus FB-L-5.12 is a 51.2 V LiFePO4 battery module for hybrid solar, backup-power and off-grid energy-storage systems. Its compact, weather-resistant IP65 enclosure and C5-M corrosion classification make it a practical option where a conventional indoor rack battery is not suitable.
Each module provides 5.12 kWh nominal capacity and 4.97 kWh usable capacity. It communicates with compatible inverter systems through CAN or RS485 and can be scaled from a single module into a larger storage bank. Use the Pylontech Fidus battery in 48 V hybrid solar systems, backup-power installations, self-consumption systems and off-grid power systems. It can suit commercial premises, workshops, agricultural buildings, remote sites and residential installations where a suitably designed, protected battery location is available.
The battery can be wall, ground or rack mounted as part of an appropriate installation. For multi-module systems, inverter communications, protective devices, cable sizing and mechanical mounting should be specified for the complete system.
