Corrugated Metal Roof Kits
Corrugated metal roofing sheets combine high-quality steel with a corrugated design to provide incredible strength. This makes them ideal for both commercial and agricultural buildings, such as warehouses, barns, and stables. They’re also lightweight when compared to many other roofing systems, making them suitable for many residential projects. These include garage roof replacements, shed roofs and more.
Metal roofs are durable, low maintenance, and capable of withstanding the worst of the elements. So it's no wonder that installing solar on metal roofs is increasingly popular. Ease of installation, durability, and environmental benefits are just three of the reasons to consider putting solar panels on a metal roof.
To mount solar panels on a corrugated metal roof you need an adequate mounting system. We recommend the ESDEC ClickFit EVO mounting system especially developed for corrugated metal roofs with guarantees exceptionally durable and easy mounting.
ClickFit EVO Steel Roof: universal, fast and flexible
ClickFit EVO Steel Roof has been specially developed for the solar installer. The system is clear and simple, consisting of just four components. ClickFit EVO Steel Roof is suitable for all common solar panels and any type of corrugated steel roof. Thanks to its unique universal properties, the system is very flexible and quick to mount.
The compact ClickFit EVO Steel Roof mounting profiles have pre-punched holes and pre-glued EPDM rubber seals, saving you a lot of preparation. The Optimiser-ready profile (landscape) has a notch, allowing you to easily align it to the roof. This eliminates the need to apply corrections during installation.
For trapezoidal and corrugated steel roofs
ClickFit EVO Steel Roof mounting profiles are suitable for all types of trapezoidal and corrugated steel roofs (for landscape, in combination with the adapter profile). You install the mounting profiles directly on a trapezoidal or corrugated steel roof, vertically for landscape orientation. The EPDM rubber elements on the profiles provide guaranteed water tightness. Your roofer will mount the profiles using the self-tapping screws, without any need for drilling. The profiles can also be mounted using blind rivets by first drilling 6.5 mm holes. This application is also many times lighter than a rail system. The ‘optimiser-ready’ mounting profile is suitable for placing large optimisers beneath the panel.
