We deliver to:
- The United Kingdom - delivery time and price will be shown at checkout; for some solar panels and accessories delivery may take longer. Most of the portable battery products come with free delivery while rigid solar panels are subject to a delivery charge. Residential and commercial solar products The charge varies by model and destination - add the items to the basket or contact us to find out the charge applicable to your item.
- Isle of Man and the Channel Islands - we can arrange a VAT free delivery - email info@energian.co.uk or call 0208 064 0335 for details
- Ireland - we are VAT registered in Ireland and you will not be required to pay any additional VAT or duties on delivery. A delivery cost may apply - proceed to checkout to see the applicable rate. Order online, call us or visit our Ireland online store at www.energian.ue.
- Warranty service can be provided only in the UK or the European Union; any customer based outside of the UK or the European Union will be responsible for shipping, at their own cost, of the items requiring warranty service to our UK or European Union service centre. Warranty collections and returns from customers resident in the UK or the European Union are free of charge.
- All-in-One batteries, wind power systems, Alpicool fridges and power banks can be delivered to any European Union country. VAT for your country will be included in the price. Delivery charges apply and vary per country and per item - please email info@energian.co.uk or call 0208 064 0335 for details.
- African and Caribbean countries: the UK has a well developed network of courier services offering cost - effective delivery to the African continent. Business purchasers outside of the UK and EU may receive their goods without UK VAT if documentation requirements are met. Please contact us for details.
- Worldwide - please send the details of your requirements and the delivery address. Bear in mind that batteries are considered hazardous cargo, require specialised delivery services; availability can be limited. Please get in touch for your best quote.
You can receive your order in the UK via one several methods:
1. Delivery via a third party carrier - you will see the available options and associated costs at checkout.
2. Collection from our office. Any item can be collected from our Guildford office/warehouse. Please book an appointment by email on info@energian.co.uk or by phone 020 8064 0335. We accept cash and all major debit or credit cards. PayPal and Klarna payments on collection are also available. The details of our office are:

Hours: Mon-Fri by appointment. Appointments are usually available with as little as 1 hour notice. We recommend you call ahead to make sure your item is in stock at the office. We are closed on weekends and UK bank holidays.

3. Same day delivery in London and many postcodes within 50 miles of the M25 (for products in stock in the Guildford warehouse). A charge may apply for orders under £1,000; for orders over £1,000 this service is free of charge, subject to stock availability. We can also take payment on delivery. Contact us or proceed to checkout to determine whether the service applies to your postcode and the product you are looking for. These orders will be typically delivered within 3 hours if ordered by 4pm Monday-Friday.
