Container Solar Mounting Kits are a practical and robust solution for fitting solar panels to shipping containers. Designed for ease of installation and long-term performance, they’re ideal for off-grid and commercial applications where space and durability matter.
We offer two layout options depending on how you want to mount your panels – South-facing or East-West-facing. A South-facing setup gives you the highest energy yield and fits up to 4 panels on a 20-foot container or 8 panels on a 40-foot container. If you go for an East-West layout, you’ll get slightly less energy per panel – around 10% less – but you can fit more panels overall: 6 on a 20-foot or 12 on a 40-foot container, helping to boost total generation.
