Automatic backup power for compatible inverter generators
The Könner & Söhnen KS ATS 4/25 Inverter is an automatic transfer switch for creating an automatic standby-power arrangement with the KS 5500iES ATSR inverter generator. It monitors the mains supply, starts the generator after a power failure and transfers the connected load once generator power is available.
When mains power is restored, the unit transfers the load back and stops the generator automatically. A built-in PLC allows the generator start delay and warm-up time before load connection to be programmed.

Where to use
Use this Könner & Söhnen automatic transfer switch with a compatible KS 5500iES ATSR generator for essential single-phase loads in homes, small offices, workshops, telecoms equipment or remote sites. The total connected load must remain within the ATS and generator ratings.
The KS ATS 4/25 Inverter can be connected to single-phase or three-phase mains networks, but the connected generator determines the available generator supply. The KS 5500iES ATSR is a single-phase generator; this ATS does not make it a three-phase generator.
This is not a plug-and-play building connection. Mains connection, earthing, protective devices, cable sizing and commissioning must be completed by a qualified electrician. Energian can help arrange installation through trusted UK partners.
