Excel Power 100A Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) - Single Phase
A wall-mounted 100 A automatic transfer switch for single-phase standby-generator installations. It monitors the mains supply, starts a compatible generator on loss of mains and transfers the load automatically, then returns the load to mains and stops the generator after supply restoration.

How It Works
In normal operation, the property load is supplied by the mains. If the mains supply fails, the ATS detects the loss and sends a two-wire start signal to the generator. Once the generator is running at a suitable speed and frequency, the switch transfers the load to generator power. When mains power returns, the ATS transfers the load back, allows the generator to cool down and then stops it.
Installation
This item must be permanently installed close to the building's incoming mains supply by a competent electrician experienced in standby-power systems. Confirm generator compatibility, earthing arrangement, protective devices and local requirements before installation.
