EcoFlow STREAM Expansion Battery 5000 for Additional Energy Storage
The EcoFlow STREAM Expansion Battery 5000 is a 5,024Wh LiFePO₄ battery module for increasing the storage capacity of a compatible EcoFlow STREAM 5000 or STREAM AC 5000 system. It is intended for users who need longer battery runtime, more stored solar energy or higher available system output when used with a compatible base unit.
This product is an expansion battery only. It does not include a built-in inverter, AC output or direct solar PV inputs, so it cannot operate as a standalone battery system. A compatible EcoFlow STREAM 5000 or STREAM AC 5000 base unit is required.

Where to use
Use the EcoFlow STREAM Expansion Battery 5000 where an existing STREAM 5000 or STREAM AC 5000 system needs more energy storage. Typical applications include homes with larger evening electricity use, home offices, workshops, small offices, outbuildings and sites with more surplus solar generation than a single base battery can store.
For example, one base unit with one expansion battery increases nominal storage from 5.024kWh to 10.04kWh. A base unit with two expansion batteries provides up to 15.07kWh nominal capacity, helping extend the duration for which suitable connected loads can be supplied.
The expansion battery must be installed with a compatible EcoFlow STREAM system.
