SL Rack Energy Wall Solar Panel Mounting System for Facades and Walls

• SL Rack Energy Wall is designed as a modular wall-mounted PV system rather than a conventional roof rail adapted to a façade. Its advantages are faster, simpler installation; flexibility for different modules and walls; and aesthetic, durable and safety-led design.
• The system uses three pre-assembled façade rail profiles—bottom, middle and top—with the required stainless-steel hardware. Installers place the modules into the profiles and secure them along the profile length, rather than assembling multiple separate clamps and rails on site.
• SL Rack Energy Wall accepts module-frame depths from 28 mm to 50 mm, so it can accommodate many standard framed PV modules without a bespoke rail design for each panel model. It also allows horizontal or vertical module installation, subject to the selected rail length and project design.
• The system is made from black anodised aluminium with stainless-steel hardware, giving it a corrosion-resistant, low-profile appearance. Modules are attached with an almost invisible fixing arrangement, which suits visible façades, offices, schools, warehouses and premium residential projects.

• Thermally separated fixing option:
  The Hilti HIK-T thermal anchor option is intended for façade systems with external thermal insulation, helping provide a secure fixing while reducing thermal bridging through the insulation layer.
• Maintenance-friendly module access:
  The profile-based system is intended to make individual module removal and replacement more straightforward than systems requiring extensive rail or clamp disassembly
