The Könner & Söhnen KS 1900iG S is a compact dual-fuel inverter generator that runs on petrol or LPG. It provides a stable 230V pure sine wave output, with 1.9kW rated power and 2.0kW maximum power on petrol, for compatible household equipment, camping, recreation and portable backup use. At 17kg, it is easy to carry, while economy mode and parallel connection support add flexibility for lighter loads and higher-power setups.

Power, fuel and connections
Plan your load
Use the rated output for load planning and allow for motor starting loads. The manufacturer's manual advises against continuous loads above 80% of rated power.
Check your LPG connection
The supplied pressure reducer uses a DIN 477 W 21.80 × 1/14″ left-hand connection. Check your cylinder connection before use; a suitable adapter may be required.
Parallel connection
Two matching generators can provide up to 3.6kW combined rated output on petrol: 1.9kW + 1.9kW, less the manufacturer's stated 0.2kW parallel loss. Use the correct parallel cable, sold separately, and follow the manual.

Engine oil, petrol, an LPG cylinder, parallel connection cable, appliance leads and any cylinder adapter required for your setup are supplied separately.
Before first use
Add the recommended engine oil before starting. The generator is shipped without engine oil. Read the owner's manual, add approximately 0.45 litres of suitable four-stroke engine oil and check the level before use. Use unleaded petrol with an octane rating of 90–95 and no more than 10% ethanol.

Warranty
Manufacturer's warranty: 1 year or 1,000 operating hours, whichever comes first, from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, subject to the manufacturer's warranty conditions. Eligible faults may be repaired or the product replaced. Retain your proof of purchase and any completed warranty documentation supplied with the generator.

Frequently asked questions
Does it produce the same power on LPG?
No. The manufacturer specifies a 10% reduction when running on LPG, giving approximately 1.71kW rated and 1.8kW maximum output.
Is a gas cylinder included?
No. The LPG hose and regulator are included, but the cylinder and any connection adapter required for your cylinder are supplied separately.
Can two generators be connected in parallel?
Yes. Two matching units can be used with the correct parallel cable, sold separately. Follow the owner's manual and keep economy mode in the same position on both generators.
