Kingspan PoweRail RW Solar Mounting System
Kingspan PoweRail RW is a rooftop solar PV mounting system developed specifically for installing photovoltaic modules on QuadCore® KS1000RW Roof Panels. It provides a dedicated rail and fixing arrangement for compatible insulated-panel roofs, helping installers mount solar modules while maintaining the roof system’s weather seals and coating integrity.
This is not a universal mounting system. PoweRail RW must be fixed only to the central crowns of QuadCore® KS1000RW Roof Panels, never into panel end laps. Array layout, rail locations, PV module clamp zones and fixing design must be confirmed for the individual project before installation.

Where to use
Use Kingspan PoweRail RW on commercial, industrial, logistics, warehouse, manufacturing and agricultural roofs constructed with compatible QuadCore® KS1000RW insulated roof panels. It is suitable for new-build and retrofit solar PV projects where the roof panel, array layout and mounting design have been assessed for the site.
The system must be installed by technically capable and qualified personnel, following project-specific drawings, method statements and Kingspan’s installation guidance. PV modules must be clamped only in the locations specified by the module manufacturer.
