Smarter Energy Control with Eco-AI

Connect to the EcoFlow App to automate your power usage with Eco-AI. The intelligent TOU (Time-of-Use) mode helps you reduce costs by analysing your grid and solar data, while the EcoFlow Assistant gives you full control of your energy use remotely.

Note: in the UK, wiring regulations require that the STREAM microinverter should be connected to your home wiring only via a fused spur using a DIY cable (select second option in this listing). The cable and relevant circuit in your fuseboard must be marked with a warning label indicating that the micro-inverter must be disconnected to de-energise the circuit. The installation must be performed by a licensed electrician. Contact us to arrange.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is elevated temperature during operation normal?
A moderate temperature increase during operation is normal and does not affect product lifespan. STREAM Microinverter includes a multi-stage thermal management system. For best results, install in a shaded, ventilated space away from pets or children.
How do I monitor the electricity generated by the STREAM Microinverter in real time?
Use the EcoFlow app to track real-time solar generation, energy output, and consumption when your STREAM Microinverter is connected.
Can I use third-party solar panels?
Yes. As long as the panels use MC4 connectors and stay within the input spec range (16–60V, ≤16A), third-party panels are supported.
How should I connect multiple solar panels to my STREAM Microinverter?
Match each PV group to the input limits: Max 60V and 16A. Ensure all connected panels share the same specs. EcoFlow offers extension/parallel cables if needed. Ideal group wattage: 200W–600W.
Can EcoFlow’s Portable Power Stations be used with the STREAM Microinverter?
No. This microinverter is designed exclusively for the STREAM series and is not compatible with EcoFlow’s portable stations.
Will excess power be fed into the grid?
Yes, excess energy generated during the day is automatically fed into the grid if not used by your household.
Does the STREAM Microinverter require separate grounding?
No extra grounding is needed if plugged into a properly grounded outlet. For local compliance or unclear socket grounding, consult a licensed electrician or EcoFlow support.
Can the STREAM Microinverter connect to 5G Wi-Fi?
It currently only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
Can I adjust the maximum output power?
Yes, via the EcoFlow app. Navigate to: Space > Settings > Maximum Output Power.
