EcoFlow PowerOcean 2 12kW 3-phase hybrid inverter
The EcoFlow PowerOcean 2 Plus 12kW Three-Phase Hybrid Inverter is designed for compatible homes and light-commercial premises with a 230/400V three-phase electricity supply. It connects solar PV, compatible EcoFlow PowerOcean high-voltage batteries, site loads and the grid to support solar self-consumption, battery storage and managed backup power.
With two MPPT trackers and up to 16kW maximum PV input, the inverter is suitable for solar arrays installed on two roof orientations or arranged as two independently designed strings. It supports up to 12kW battery charging and discharging power, with a stated maximum battery capacity of 45.9kWh.

Where to use the EcoFlow PowerOcean 2 Plus 12kW inverter
The EcoFlow PowerOcean 2 12kW three-phase hybrid inverter is suitable for larger homes, farmhouses, workshops and compatible light-commercial premises with a three-phase grid connection. It can be specified for high-output solar PV systems, battery storage, solar self-consumption and designed backup-power installations.
It is particularly relevant for sites with higher electrical demand, such as properties with EV charging, heat pumps, large outbuildings, workshop machinery or several substantial electrical loads. The final system should be designed around the site supply, peak demand, PV array configuration, battery capacity and required backup circuits.
This inverter is not a plug-and-play product. A competent installer must confirm PV string voltage and current, three-phase supply arrangement, battery compatibility, metering, protection equipment, backup-load design and G98/G99 grid-connection requirements.
