AIKO 485W Neostar 3S N-Type Mono-Glass ABC All Black MC4 Gen 3 Solar Panels
- Generate 485W per panel at standard test conditions, with 24.3% module efficiency for projects where available installation space matters.
- All-black appearance with N-type ABC cells, a black anodised aluminium frame and mono-glass construction.
- Compact 1,762 × 1,134 × 30mm format with original MC4 connectors for professionally designed rooftop and ground-mounted PV systems.
AIKO 485W Neostar 3S all-black solar panel
The AIKO 485W Neostar 3S Gen 3 solar panel combines high output per square metre with an all-black finish for commercial, industrial and residential installations. The AIKO-A485-MCE54Mb uses N-type ABC cells, 3.2mm tempered front glass and a weather-resistant backsheet, with a module weight of 20.6kg ±3%.
Key features
- Space-efficient generation: 485W rated output and 24.3% efficiency in a 1,762mm-long module.
- N-type ABC technology: all-back-contact cell construction with AIKO’s listed partial-shading optimisation and micro-crack resistance features. Site shading must still be assessed during design.
- All-black finish: black anodised aluminium frame and a uniform front appearance for visible roof installations.
- Temperature performance: a maximum-power temperature coefficient of −0.26%/°C, allowing designers to assess output changes as cell temperature rises.
- Long-term performance warranty: 30-year linear performance cover, with first-year degradation of no more than 1% and annual degradation of no more than 0.35% from years 2–30, subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
Where to use
Consider the AIKO 485W Neostar 3S for warehouse and logistics-site rooftops, commercial offices, agricultural buildings, residential roofs and suitably designed ground-mounted arrays. Its all-black finish also suits projects where the appearance of the installation is important.
This is a mono-glass module with a backsheet, not a bifacial double-glass panel. Design the installation around front-side generation, the site’s available sunlight and the inverter’s voltage and current limits.
Use a mounting system compatible with the exact module dimensions, 30mm frame and AIKO’s approved fixing positions. Installation requires qualified personnel and an assessment of structural loads, string voltage, shading and DC protection.
