WHAT POWER SOURCES THE P18 FRIDGE CAN BE CONNECTED TO?The P18 fridge can be powered from 220-240V AC grid through an adaptor supplied, car 12/24V DC battery through an adaptor enclosed, or backup lithium battery supplied if AC/DC power is not available. The battery will also be charged simultaneously when the fridge is connected to AC/DC power.
HOW MANY WATTS DOES ALPICOOL P18 FRIDGE USE?The P18 fridge rated wattage is 45W.
DOES ALPICOOL P18 FRIDGE HAVE A BATTERY?The Alpicool P18 Fridge is produced with detachable battery. It runs off the DC plug in your car (running engine is best, or very short term off your car's battery) or the AC plug in the house, garage, motel, etc. The fridge battery can also be recharged using solar panels rated 100W or 200W.
HOW RECHARGE THE BATTERY?The battery is charged simultaneously when the fridge is connected to AC/DC power. If you want to charge the battery separately, switch off the fridge and connect the battery to 220-240V AC grid, car 12/24V DC battery, or solar panel 12-50V. If the battery is fully discharged then it is recommended to connect it to AC power first, after charging to 30% or more, other charging methods can be used. When the battery is charging, the power indicator turns green, and the four blue battery indicators will show the charging status in a marquee matter; when the battery is fully charged, the power indicator will turn off, the battery indicators are always on.
NOTICE!! Do not charge the battery with 12V DC power and solar panel at the same time otherwise the refrigerator would be damaged !!
HOW TURN THE BATTERY ON/OFF?Long press the switch button of the battery to turn on/off. When the battery is off, press the switch button to display the charging status (it will go out automatically after 3 seconds). When the power indicator is green, it means charging; when the power indicator is blue, it means discharging; when the power indicator is off, it means the battery is fully charged.
NOTICE 1!! When the battery is not fully charged (the power indicator lights green), it cannot be turned off !!
NOTICE 2!! If the refrigerator won’t be in use for a long time, fully charge the battery and turn it off !!
HOW DO I CONNECT MY ALPICOOL FRIDGE?Basically you can operate an Alpicool P18 Fridge with an inbuilt control panel with a LCD screen. Also, an Alpicool APP for mobile phone is available. APP Connecting Operation: Download Alpicool APP from App store or Google Play, then open the Bluetooth and APP, search the equipment, choose the fridge and there will be 'AP' shown on the fridge display panel. Press setting button to connect mobile and fridge. Each Alpicool fridge includes a user manual which provides instructions to teach you how to connect the fridge and mobile phone.
WHAT SHOULD I PAY ATTENTION BEFORE UNPACKING THE FRIDGE?1 Prepare your mobile phone camera to take photos before unpacking. If the Alpicool fridge is damaged inside, carton is broken, or there is an evidence for the claim compensation, make a few photos of the damage. If you unpack the carton without photos you will have a trouble to get compensation if broken happened.
2. Please then take the fridge out of the carton and keep at room temperature for at least 12 hours. After that you can power on to test it, otherwise the compressor may have problems.
WHAT SHALL I DO WHEN BROKEN OR OTHER DEFECTIVE THINGS HAPPEN?

The cooling speed depends on the ambient temperature and how many stuff is loaded.
1. If the fridge is empty, then it can cool fast as within 1 hour;
2. If the fridge is fully loaded, then it cools around 2-4hours upon different ambient temperature.
AFTER I PRESSED THE ON/OFF BUTTON, NOTHING HAPPENED AND THE SCREEN DIDN’T DISPLAY ANYTHING. IS THE FRIDGE A DEFECTIVE ONE?The way to turn on the fridge is specific. Please press and hold the ON/OFF button for seconds, then it will turn on.
I GOT AN E1 ERROR CODE AND THE FRIDGE DOESN’T WORK, WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO MY FRIDGE?The E1 error code means that the low voltage protection is activated, and the input voltage is lower than the default value of recent protection level. Try to lower the protection level according to the instruction in the user manual, the fridge will turn on again.
WHY DOES THE TEMPERATURE FLUCTUATE?The main reason is that the compressor will stop working after the temperature inside reaches the setting value. Then after the temperature rises more than about 3°C, the compressor will go back to work again. Set the temperature about 3°C lower than your ideal temperature to achieve the best preservation effect.
