Kingspan PoweRail FR Flat Roof Solar Mounting System
Kingspan PoweRail FR is a solar PV mounting system developed for QuadCore® Topdek Roof Panels and other flat roofs. It creates a raised, fixed-tilt frame for photovoltaic modules without relying on a conventional pierced roof-mounting arrangement.
Choose a south-facing layout where maximum output from each module area is the priority, or an east/west layout where generation can be spread across the day and roof coverage can be increased. Ballast and the supporting roof structure must be assessed for every project.

Where to use
Use Kingspan PoweRail FR on commercial, industrial, logistics, warehouse, manufacturing and agricultural buildings with QuadCore® Topdek Roof Panels. It can also be specified for other suitable flat roofs, subject to a project-specific structural, waterproofing and wind-load assessment.
This is a professional mounting solution rather than an out-of-the-box domestic kit. The underlying roof support structure must be checked for the additional dead load, ballast load, wind actions and PV array layout.
