Reliable Solar Power for Construction Site Modular Perimeter Lighting
Take advantage of this robust and cost-effective 150m Perimeter Off-grid Solar Construction Site Lighting System to receive and store energy from low-cost source, such as solar panels, every day and use electricity at night whenever you need it for lighting. The system uses a festoon kit of 150m cable and 60 LED bulbs, powered with solar panels and all in one 2400W 6.72kWh single-phase portable power station that seamlessly integrates a 2400W inverter with built-in MPPT charge controller, 6.72kWh lithium batteries (including two extension batteries each of 2.24kWh), a screen device for local monitoring, and power distribution accessories - all housed in a compact IP54 cabinet. A reserve generator is included.
The bulbs are usually spaced out evenly along the cable, creating a uniform string of light and powered with solar energy. In winter months, when solar generation is insufficient, the generator starts up automatically. The string of light is positioned primarily along construction site perimeter fencing, but can be position along walkways, pathways, scaffolding to maintain clear illumination.
The system is easily assembled and disassembled to relocate it to another construction site. The system is fully modular, so, If you need lighting of a longer perimeter more than 150m then simply install a necessary number of additional kits.
Key Features
Connectable Festoon Kit: Featuring unique plug and play connectors, the festoon kit can be extended simply and quickly as required, up to a maximum of 200m in length. The 150m festoon kit consists of the first kit of 60 LED heads and 150m long cable, with a lumen output of 11000 lumens each.
All-In-One Design for Simple Installation: The P2400S is factory pre-assembled and fully tested, reducing installation time to under three hours. It features a rugged IP54-rated enclosure, ensuring protection against dust and water ingress—perfect for indoor or outdoor deployment.
Seamless Generator Integration with AGS Function: The built-in Automatic Generator Start (AGS) feature intelligently manages generator usage based on load, battery state-of-charge, or time schedules. When paired with the generator, the P2400S enables them to run for shorter, high-output periods, greatly improving fuel efficiency by reducing idle or low-load runtime.
Extension Battery Connection: The P2400S system can connect Extension Battery 2.24kWh to its external battery pack terminal. This configuration allows total energy storage capacity to be expanded up to 6.72 kWh, what gives an opportunity to increase construction site perimeter up to 150m.
Reliable and Intelligent Energy Distribution: The built-in smart EMS (Energy Management System) dynamically balances solar, battery, and generator power. AC output includes leakage protection for enhanced safety, while smart load prioritisation ensures critical loads are always powered.
