The engines are manufactured under licence from DIMAX Int. GmbH and bear the K&S logo. High power relative to the alternator rating ensures the declared output and stable operation. Every engine is endurance‑tested, assigned a unique serial number and complies with modern EURO V environmental standards.

A special phase‑switching system lets one generator work in single‑phase (230 V) or three‑phase (400 V) mode. The switch adjusts the output voltage depending on the connected load, so you don’t need separate generators.

A 6‑pin connector allows an external ATS unit to automatically start or stop the generator when the main power supply fails or returns. The ATS also keeps the battery charged when the unit stands idle.

The HEAVY DUTY series is designed for extended service. The motor resource exceeds 3,000 working hours, which is confirmed by multi‑hour, multi‑level tests. Proper maintenance ensures long‑term high performance.

A convenient ergonomic panel groups the key controls together. The modern LED display shows voltage, frequency and working hours, helping you to monitor the load and schedule maintenance. Overload and short‑circuit protection, a low‑oil indicator, sockets and grounding terminals add to the ease of use.

All Heavy Duty series generators include a preheat function for easy starting in winter. This built‑in preheater warms the engine to operating temperature before ignition.

The built‑in AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) maintains a stable 230 V output and protects the generator from unwanted short circuits.

Additional frame reinforcement with upper protective strips allows the generator to operate in a more rigid mode. The reinforced structure protects the tank against damage during operation and transportation. Rubber feet damp vibrations so the working generator won’t damage floor surfaces and the frame coating remains unscratched.

The generator comes with a 3Р+Е+N 16 A 400 V plug, a 2P+E 32 A 230 V plug, an 8×10 mm hook key, 12×14 mm and 17×19 mm keys and a double‑ended 6.0 mm PH2 screwdriver. An optional transport kit (KS 6‑9D) equips the casing with four wheels for easier handling.
