High‑voltage rack cabinet – overview

The Sunsynk High Voltage Series battery cabinet with door is a Li‑ion rack‑mount system designed for use with Sunsynk GX high‑voltage batteries and compatible high‑voltage inverters. Each 5.12 kWh module is a 51.2 V, 100 Ah LiFePO₄ unit, and up to 12 modules can be installed in series to form a single high‑voltage battery stack inside the cabinet. This cabinet is ideal for clean, protected installation of high‑voltage storage in commercial, agricultural or larger residential projects where space, cable management and safety are important.

  • Up to 12 modules in one cabinet: supports GX‑series configurations from G15 (3 modules) up to G60 (12 modules), giving system energies from 15.36 kWh to 61.44 kWh.
  • High‑voltage LiFePO₄ chemistry: stable lithium iron phosphate cells with 6000‑cycle life (to 70 % end‑of‑life SoH at 0.5C/0.5C), 90 % recommended DOD and 10‑year warranty.
  • Integrated high‑voltage control box: 750 V / 100 A control box, communication bus and power cabling designed for series‑connected modules and external PCS/inverter connection.
  • Clear status indication: front‑mounted indicators for “Battery High Voltage Power On” (yellow) and “Battery System Alarm” (red) plus CAN2.0 / RS485 communication ports.
