Connection of Solar Panels
The GivEnergy Commercial All in one (CAIO) System is designed to accept AC input power from the grid and/or a solar PV inverter, not direct DC input from solar panels. Solar panels are connected to a compatible three-phase string inverter. The inverter's AC output is connected to the GivEnergy CAIO system's AC input port. Do not connect solar panels directly to the CAIO System's battery cabinet, as it does not not have a built-in solar MPPT charge controller for direct DC solar input.
