Delivery, Collection and Returns

We deliver to:

  • The United Kingdom - delivery time and price will be shown at checkout; for some solar panels and accessories delivery may take longer. Most of the portable battery products come with free delivery while rigid solar panels are subject to a delivery charge. Residential and commercial solar products The charge varies by model and destination - add the items to the basket or contact us to find out the charge applicable to your item. 
  • Isle of Man and the Channel Islands - we can arrange a VAT free delivery - email info@energian.co.uk or call 0208 064 0335 for details
  • Ireland - we are VAT registered in Ireland and you will not be required to pay any additional VAT or duties on delivery. A delivery cost may apply - proceed to checkout to see the applicable rate. Order online, call us or visit our Ireland online store at www.energian.ue.
  • Warranty service can be provided only in the UK or the European Union; any customer based outside of the UK or the European Union will be responsible for shipping, at their own cost, of the items requiring warranty service to our UK or European Union service centre.  Warranty collections and returns from customers resident in the UK or the European Union are free of charge.
  • All-in-One batteries, wind power systems, Alpicool fridges and power banks can be delivered to any European Union country. VAT for your country will be included in the price. Delivery charges apply and vary per country and per item - please email info@energian.co.uk or call 0208 064 0335 for details. 
  • African countries: the UK has a well developed network of courier services offering cost - effective delivery to the African continent. Business purchasers outside of the UK and EU may receive their goods without UK VAT if documentation requirements are met. Please contact us for details.

You can receive your order in the UK via one of the following methods:

1. DHL Parcel next working day (Monday-Friday; Saturday available on request) - will be used for all EcoFlow products (400W rigid solar panels will generally be sent by Fedex), all-in-one solar kits, and all other products except for Allpowers and Bluetti folding solar panels, rigid solar panels and Witproton connector cables. which may be delivered by another courier and your delivery may take 2-3 working days. Certain heavier items, as well as multiple large batteries/fridges/solar panels may be sent by pallet. All items are sent the same day if the order is received by 17:00, except for Bluetti products which will be sent the next working day. Rigid solar panels are normally delivered the next working day if the order is received by 12 noon.

Orders for EcoFlow products received by 5pm on a working day will be dispatched same day for next working day delivery; for other products, the dispatch will be the same working day and delivery on the next working day if the order is received by 1pm.

You will receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched. 

2. Collection from our office. Any item can be collected from our Croydon office/showroom or from our Liverpool fulfilment centre and payment made on collection. Please book an appointment by email on info@energian.co.uk or by phone 020 8064 0335. We accept cash and all major debit or credit cards. PayPal and Klarna payments on collection are also available. Look for the sign 'Weatherill House Business Centre' on the wall. Ask for Flex Technologies or Energian at reception. Parking is available in front of the entrance, with longer stay parking close by in front of TK Maxx. The office is accessible by car, London trams and buses. GPS coordinates are: 51.37416, -0.11531

Hours: Monday - Saturday by appointment. Appointments are usually available with as little as 1 hour notice. We recommend you call ahead to make sure your item is in stock at the office. We are closed on Sundays and UK bank holidays.

 

3. Same day delivery in London and many postcodes within 50 miles of the M25 (only for Ecoflow batteries and other products in stock in the Croydon showroom). A charge may apply for orders under £1,000; for orders over £1,000 this service is free of charge, subject to stock availability. We can also take payment on delivery. Contact us or proceed to checkout to determine whether the service applies to your postcode and the product you are looking for. These orders will be typically delivered within 3 hours if ordered by 4pm Monday-Friday.
